ResQ is a holistic solution that comes with a wearable device for your loved ones,
a mobile app for you and the rescue personnel, and a dedicated rescue service team.

Device Features

For Loved Ones Wearing the Device

  1. The ResQ device is small, obscure, water resistant and EMF controlled and can be worn in many ways, so that it is easily accessible throughout the day and night.
  2. The device has a simple and fast trigger button which is critical in emergency situations.
  3. It does not need to be paired with any mobile phone in order to function.
  4. The device can function even in areas where there is no 3G/4G coverage.
  5. It can send an audio recorded at the time of the alert – to family members on the mobile app.

Mobile App Features

For Parents/Guardians

  1. Mobile app can help you receive instantaneous alerts if the Device wearer is outside safety thresholds (location or speed etc.) and/or if the device wearer needs urgent help.
  2. You will receive the audio clip from the device if an urgent alert is triggered
  3. You can escalate to Rescue Personnel from within the app with the device wearer location, description, audio clip etc.
  4. The Mobile App can send automatic acknowledgement to the Device Wearer.
  5. The Mobile App can receive the acknowledgements and status updates from Rescue Personnel (“Got it”, “Rescue in Progress”, “Resolved”).

Mobile App Features

For Rescue Services Team

  1. The mobile app can receive urgent alerts and acknowledgements.
  2. It will send repeated alert notifications to everyone in the rescue services network until someone “got it”.
  3. The Rescue Personnel can keep the parent/guardian notified about the status of the rescue from within the app.
